It is known that "Household registration is the root of civic affairs." Government administration is closely related to people's daily life. The communication between government and people is very frequent and matters to people heavily. The society structure changes rapidly and people's expectation to the government increases. Therefore, we have built and started using the new office building in 1996 to provide a comfortable environment and fulfill people's need. In order to follow the "Executive Innovation Policy" by Executive Yuan, we worked hard together and completed the household registration data on time. We process through our computer network to increase processing speed and simplify work process. This not only reduce waiting time, cut down the time for people to travel back and forth, and fulfill people's need but we are also rewarded by the government for three consecutive years of excellent services by executing the "simplifying household registration convenience service executive innovation policy."
We always believe that serving public is a continuously job and we have always look from citizens' point of view and they have always come first. We work hard and treat our tasks as public service for the government. Citizens are just like our own customers and we provide fast, convenience, reasonable and high quality services.
